Co founder and Director
With over two decades in the Eyewear industry, Saurabh's journey began at Nike before joining Luxottica, the global eyewear leader boasting brands like Ray-Ban and Oakley. During his 10-year tenure, he served as Business Unit Head for Oakley and Zonal Head. In 2017, Saurabh transitioned to Hoya Corporation, directing Sales Marketing for Hoya Vision Care India, leveraging its global presence in 70+ countries with a market cap of $49 billion. Witnessing inefficiencies in India's optical products sector, he embarked on his entrepreneurial venture, driven by a vision to enhance the industry's landscape after four successful years at Hoya.
Sanchit Bhatia
Co founder and Director
Sanchit brings a decade of robust operations experience, specializing in building manufacturing capabilities, establishing new business verticals, and executing profitable models. Armed with a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering and an MBA in Finance from MDI Gurgaon, he has excelled as Business Unit Head at Space Telelink Ltd. This telecom firm, valued at $200 million, specializes in digital indoor network solutions for major clients like Vodafone, Airtel, and Reliance Jio. As a core team member, Sanchit played a pivotal role in founding and developing the business, contributing to its remarkable growth from inception.
Sandesh Sharma
Director Retail, Business Dev and Training
Sandesh, a Long Term Optometrist Fellow from LV Prasad Eye Institute, Hyderabad, holds a post-graduation in Marketing & Brand Management from ISBM Mumbai and Lean Operations Management accreditation from IIM, Rohtak. With over 20 years of experience in Clinical and Optical Retail management, he served as General Manager Operations at Benfranklin, India’s largest Hospital-based optical retail chain. Sandesh has also contributed to Titan Eye Plus, GKB Opticals, and VisionSpring. His focus lies in establishing optical accessibility and professional eye care services, including Low Vision Aids, Prosthetics, Rehabilitation, and Community Eye Health, in the affordable segment.
